Makarand Prakash Joshi is a seasoned Energy Sector professional with over three decades of leadership experience in Hydro and Thermal Power Plant Operations & Maintenance — having led teams, driven operational excellence, and built high-performance cultures across complex organizations.
Throughout his professional journey, he has believed that true success lies not only in achieving operational results but also in developing people, inspiring leadership, and creating lasting impact. His extensive experience in leading large teams, navigating challenges, and mentoring professionals shaped his passion for leadership development and personal transformation.
As an ICF-certified Career Coach and leadership mentor, he founded PRAWAAH with a clear vision — to help individuals and organizations move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
